This study aimed to know the effect of applying quality and scientific excellence on technical and technical education outputs in Libya. The study sample consisted of (35) faculty members who were randomly selected from colleges and higher technical institutes. The study tool consisted of a measure of the impact of excellence in the quality of technical education outputs, and the results showed The study shows that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level 0.05)) in applying the criteria of excellence for technical and technical education in colleges and higher technical institutes and also there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level 0.05)) in the quality of technical and technical education outputs for colleges and institutes Higher Technology in Libya, as it was found that there is an effect of applying quality standards on the outputs of technical and technical education in Libya.
