The study aimed to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic achievement motivation among high school students in the Gaza Strip, and to determine their levels. The sample included 390 male and female students from the second secondary grade in the Khan Younis and East Khan Younis directorates. The researcher adopted a descriptive analytical approach. The results showed that the levels of self-efficacy and academic achievement motivation were high, with a statistically significant positive correlation between them. No significant differences in self-efficacy were found based on gender, specialization, or directorate. However, differences in academic achievement motivation favored males and students in the literary specialization, with no differences attributed to the directorate. The study recommended adopting awareness programs to support psychological care and enhance self-efficacy among students. Keywords: Self-efficacy, Academic achievement motivation, High school students
