The aim of the research was to identify the role of entrepreneurial behavior in strategic renewal in Gaza Strip factories. To achieve the study objective, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire tool to collect data. The study population consisted of workers in Gaza Strip factories, numbering (1960). The researcher selected a simple random sample, consisting of (196), representing (10%) of the study population. The researcher reached several results, the most important of which are: the percentage of entrepreneurial behavior among workers in Gaza Strip factories, which reached (70.4%), which is a “high” level. The dimensions came in first place, risk tolerance, with a percentage of (71.7%), and second place was for proactivity, with a percentage of (70%), and the percentage of creativity reached (69.2%). The results of the study indicated that the percentage of strategic renewal reached (70.4%), which is a high level, and confirmed the existence of a direct relationship with statistical significance between entrepreneurial behavior and strategic renewal among workers in Gaza Strip factories in all fields.
