The study examined the impact of strategic logistics management on the effectiveness of crisis management, with administrative leadership serving as a model. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted. The study population consisted of employees working in the security institutes across the southern governorates of Palestine (North Gaza Governorate, Gaza Governorate, Central Governorate, Khan Younis Governorate, and Rafah Governorate). A stratified random sample representative of the study population was selected, comprising 300 respondents out of a total population of 1,380 individuals, to ensure the accuracy and generalizability of the results. The findings revealed a positive statistically significant relationship between strategic management and the effectiveness of crisis management, highlighting the critical role of strategic planning in directing resources and achieving effective responses during crises. The results also indicated that logistics management directly contributes to enhancing institutional capacity to manage crises by efficiently organizing resources and ensuring operational continuity. Furthermore, administrative leadership, as a mediating variable, demonstrated a clear influence on resource allocation, employee motivation, and the creation of a flexible work environment. Strategic management and logistics management were also found to contribute to the development of leadership skills and to improving managers’ abilities in planning and making effective decisions during crises. Based on these findings, the study recommends strengthening the implementation of strategic management practices, developing logistics management systems to ensure efficiency in resource allocation, and supporting administrative leadership through specialized training programs. In addition, it emphasizes the importance of integrating these variables into crisis management plans to achieve better coordination and faster, more effective responses. The study underscores the necessity of integrating strategic management, logistics management, and administrative leadership to enhance institutional adaptability and competitiveness within a dynamic and complex environment.
