This study aimed to examine the relationship between self-esteem and life satisfaction among students at the University of Zawiya in Libya. The study sample consisted of 120 male and female students from the university. A descriptive research design was employed, and the researcher utilized a self-esteem scale and a life satisfaction scale—both developed by the researcher herself. The findings indicate a positive relationship between self-esteem and life satisfaction. Furthermore, the results reveal a significant difference in life satisfaction between male and female students, with males reporting higher levels, while no such gender-based difference was found regarding self-esteem................
