تأثير بعض المضادات الحيوية على بكتيريا المكورات العنقودية الذهبية المعزولة من العاملين والمترددين على المركز الوطني لمكافحة الأمراض بمدينة مصراتة

الملخص
اشملت هذه الدراسة على 148 مسحه من الأيدي والأنف لعمال وزوار المركز الوطني لمكافحة الأمراض بمصراتة. تم استخدم الفحص المباشر، وسائط الاستنبات المختلفة، وبعض الاختبارات البيو كيميائية للكشف عن البكتيريا، وذلك خلال شهر أبريل 2022. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود بكتيريا Staphylococcus aureus، وكانت أعلى نسبة إصابة للعاملين من مسحات الانف (60٪)، بينما بلغت أقل نسبة اصابة في أيدي العاملين (15٪)، كما اشارت الدراسة لوقوع 25% من الإصابات للعاملين في الأنف والأيدي. نستنتج أن بكتيريا S. aureus موجودة بنسب متفاوتة بين الأشخاص المستهدفين للدراسة الحالية. الكلمات المفتاحية: مضادات حيوية، عزل البكتيريا، الاصابة.
Abstract
This study included 148 Swab specimens from nose and hands of workers and visitors at the National Center for Disease Control in Misrata during April 2022. The collected samples were processed for bacteriological identification used direct examination, various culture media, and some biochemical tests. The samples were positive for the presence of the bacterium Staphylococcus aureus, with the highest infection rate (60%) for workers from nasal swabs, while the lowest infection rate was (15%) from the hands of workers. The study also indicated that 25% of isolated bacteria from nose and hand samples. This study revealed different levels of prevalence of S. aureus among workers.
