Commitment to the principles of scientific research requires the scientific researcher to adhere to a set of general duties and rules, through which scientific research methods are applied correctly, so that he can publish the scientific paper in the International Science and Technology Journal and obtain the advantages and rights that the journal grants to researchers after publishing their scientific papers.

First: Researchers' Duties before and during publishing the scientific manuscript in the journal
  1. The researcher must adhere to all ethics and principles of scientific research.
  2. The researcher must commit to scientific honesty.
  3. The researcher must adhere to the rules, conditions, and steps of writing scientific research described in the terms of publication in the journal.
  4. The researcher must adhere to the time frame for completing the process of preparing and amending the research study determined by the journal, so that he sends the scientific paper to the journal within a pre-determined date.
  5. The researcher must ensure that the sources he relies on are reliable scientific sources, and that these sources and references are related to the problem of scientific research, in whole or in part, so that they are useful for the scientific study and do not constitute a deviation from them.
  6. The researcher must choose the study sample that is appropriate to the subject of the study and choose appropriate study tools for the research and statistical methods that help reach accurate research results.
  7. The researcher must document previous studies according to one of the scientific documentation methods known internationally.
  8. The researcher must pay the financial fees due for the evaluation, arbitration, and publishing process.
Second: Researchers' Rights during and after publishing the scientific manuscript in the journal

Researchers' rights are the rights granted to authors with respect to scientific papers and manuscripts that were published in the International Science and Technology Journal. These rights include the following:

  1. The researcher enjoys intellectual and scientific protection for the manuscripts and scientific papers that he published on the pages of the International Science and Technology Journal.
  2. The researcher has the right to make any amendment he deems appropriate to the manuscript or scientific paper during and after the end of the review process, but before publishing it on the pages of the International Science and Technology Journal.
  3. If there is a typographical or regulatory error in the scientific paper after publication. The researcher has the right to request that it be amended as he sees fit, and the editorial department will correct the error and re-publish the paper.
  4. It is not permissible for any other scientific journal to transfer part or all of what is contained in scientific articles or translate them into another language except after obtaining permission from the International Science and Technology Journal and the approval of the researcher authoring this paper.
  5. The researcher has the right to appeal if his scientific paper is refused to be published on the pages of the International Science and Technology Journal. The journal's editorial board must submit a detailed report on the reasons for rejection. However, he does not have the right to force the journal to publish his scientific paper if it is rejected by two (2) evaluators or reviewers accredited to the journal.
  6. Making the manuscript or scientific paper available to the public and attributing it to its author by name. The author’s name should be mentioned when every quote from his scientific paper in other scientific works or when referring to him in any news to the public, and every copy includes a reproduction of the content of the work whenever it is presented to the public in any format. Or in any way, as required by law.
  7. Preventing any deletion, change, addition, or making any other modification to the manuscript or scientific paper, as well as preventing any other violation of the same work that would be harmful to the honor or reputation of the author.
  8. Withdrawal of the manuscript or scientific paper from circulation among the public, if it is proven that there is proven scientific plagiarism or that it contains a high quotation rate exceeding 60% of the previously published paper.
