This study aims to identify the role of applying the principles of governance to improve the performance of financial intuitions at the branches of El jumhuria bank in Zawiya city, because of their positive effect and to present a number of recommendations of that contribute in raising the level of performance of financial and functional institions.to achieve the goals of the study then forming a basic hypotheses form which many sub-hypotheses Howe emerged which have been chosen on a sample from the study community in El jumhuria bank of Zawiya is branches. The study relies on the descriptive analytical approach to describe the phenomenon and the use of a guess Honaaire form to collect data and information to analyze and interpret them by using the spss program which contains a package of statistical tests. The results of the study shows that the principle of justice and equality has the most impact in improving the Financial and financial performance. From the view of the study sample where the percentage of its. contribution is 51% and it has an impact on the change in the improvement of performance significantly which its level equal to 0.000 which is less than 5% that is the application of the principle of justice and equality has an effect in improving the performance level of the financial resources and its use to achieve the goals and motivate employees to increase their desire to achieve the entrusted works and to maintain the financial liquidity and keeping the financial center of the bank safety.
