This study aims at identifying the administrative communication, its relation with crisis management in Misrata Medical Center. The descriptive-analytical method used to define the relationship between administrative communication and crisis management. Considering the importance of administrative communication in steering and making any institution succeed - whether economic or administrative, a questionnaire prepared and distributed to the population of the study, which comprise 170 of the employees and officials of Misrata Medical Center -male and female. The sample consists of 81 of the population members (%47.64) from total population. (76) questionnaire forms regained, and analyzed using SPSS. The most significant results the study arrived at are : • There is a direct relation between the administrative communication and crisis management in Misrata Medical Center. • The effectiveness of the administrative communication between the different administrative levels in carrying out the work in Misrata Medical Center. • The lack of good strategic planning to develop the administrative communication systems in Misrata Medical Center.
