The current study aimed to know the level of application of the principles of total quality management from the point of view of faculty members at the Higher Institute of Science and Technology, Misurata, and to present the concept of total quality management in general, and in the technical education sector in particular. It was collected by a questionnaire sheet designed for this purpose, in which (48) questionnaire sheets were distributed to faculty members. The results of the research showed that the level of application of the principles of total quality management at the Higher Institute of Science and Technology Misurata from the point of view of its faculty members remained in the “average” category with a general mean of (3.551), and a percentage (71%), and the study also showed that there are no significant differences Statistical indications at the Higher Institute of Science and Technology, Misurata, from the viewpoints of its faculty members about the level of application of the principles of total quality management at the Higher Institute of Science and Technology, Misurata, due to the variables (sex - qualifications - years of experience).
