The subject of the criminal liability of the delinquent juvenile is considered one of the important topics that preoccupied the jurists, legislators and judges, given the necessities of the specificities of the stage of modernity, because juveniles are the basis of progress and sophistication in society and their delinquency is harmful to the individual and society. It has an impact on the formation of his personality, such as psychological, social, economic and family factors that may push the juvenile to commit a crime. If we can provide full protection for the juvenile, then we will have contributed to building a society in which the crime rate is low.
