The study aimed to identify the level of application of knowledge management processes in the university under study, and to attempt to identify the level of innovative thinking among faculty members at the university and to analyze the impact of applying knowledge management processes on innovative thinking among faculty members in the university under study. To achieve the objectives of the study,The descriptive analytical approach, where a questionnaire newspaper was adopted and distributed to all (80) faculty members at the University of Hadra/Tripoli. Given the small size of the community, it was completely targeted through the use of a comprehensive survey method. (80) questionnaires were distributed and (66) were retrieved,A valid form for analysis. Various statistical methods have been used for the purpose of analysis and arriving at results, the most important of which is the presence of a high positive evaluation of the level of dimensions of knowledge management processes at the university under study from the point of view of members of the study community. The results also indicated a high level of innovative thinking,At the university under study, from the point of view of members of the study community, the study recommended the need for continued attention in the field of knowledge management and investing in the expertise of faculty members in the organization under study.
