The study aims to identify the level of children's use of smart devices from the point of view of mothers and also identify the impact of children's use of these devices according to dimensions (social, psychological, health, behavioral, content control). The study also aimed to find out if there are differences in the use of smart devices according to the variables of children's age, number and number of hours of use. The study used the descriptive curriculum, where a questionnaire prepared by (AsmaBasim ,and Iman Abdul Rahman 2017 ) was used, consisting of (28) paragraphs distributed over five dimensions, and the tool was applied to a randomly selected sample of mothers teachers in primary schools in the city of al-Marj, which numbered (125) mothers. The results showed that the level of children's use of smart devices came high, and that the impact of using these devices on children from the point of view of mothers was high in all dimensions, as all phrases came with high averages and others with average averages according to the weighted mean, except for one phrase in the dimension of content control was weak. The results also showed that there were no significant differences between the age variables , the number of children ,and the hours of phone use, according to the mothers ' point of view in their impact on children, except for the two dimensions ( health and behavioral), where there were significant differences at the level of (0.00).
