The study addresses the changes that occurred in Libyan relations with neighboring countries after the Libyan revolution in 2011, in light of international and regional changes. The study raises questions about the complexity of these relations and the impact of Libyan crises on neighboring countries, pointing to the importance of regional and international understandings to resolve crises and ensure stability. The study includes hypotheses about multiple impacts, including security, economic and political dimensions, in addition to tensions related to migration and political reconciliation. The study contributes to understanding regional dynamics in North Africa, and proposing practical solutions to improve relations and enhance stability. The study emphasizes the importance of enhancing cooperation between Libya and neighboring countries, as stability in Libya requires a comprehensive settlement that takes into account the interests of all parties. The study recommends increasing coordination between neighboring countries and the international community to provide effective solutions to political and economic crises, and considering Libya's stability as an essential part of the stability of the region as a whole.
