This study aims to identify the impact of training in the qualification of the Scout leaders in the Commission of Boy Scouts and Girl Guides in Zawia. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive analytical method was adopted and a questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection and testing of the study hypotheses. The data was processed by using a number of statistical tools which are suitable to the nature of the research by using the statistical package of (SPSS). The community of the study was formed from all the Scout leaders under study who reach to a number of (192) as per the recommendation of the Annual Conference of the Commission for the year (2017). The sample of the study was formed from (127) Scout leaders who were selected by using the simple random sampling method. The results of the study revealed that there is a positive influence with a moral significance between training and the development of Scout leaders, where the more positive the training is the level of qualification of Scout leaders increased. Moreover, the study aims at developing educational programs to raise awareness among the female component and to identify them of their important role in the Libyan Scouts and Girl Guides
