The National Interest is considered as a political project that aims to restore peace and security in the state from one side and to political stability from another. Libya examined years of violence and instability which led the country to pursue National interest as a mechanism to realize political stability. Accordingly, and for Libya to be able to pursue political stability it needs an inclusive national interest process that would insure a successful transition process to peace although there are complicated challenges ravel till now, so it is very important for us to insist on realizing national interest not from depending on a schematic approach that starts from top to bottom of the pyramid.
