This study aims to identify the level of empowerment among Palestinian youth across professional, educational, and psychological domains in the aftermath of war, and examines its role in addressing pressing economic, social, and health-related challenges. It also explores variations in empowerment levels in relation to selected demographic variables. A descriptive research design was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire to assess multiple dimensions of empowerment among a sample of 50 Palestinian youth aged 18–35 years. The findings reveal statistically significant differences in empowerment levels based on gender, favoring males, whereas no statistically significant differences were identified with respect to educational attainment or occupational status. The results underscore the critical importance of multidimensional and integrated empowerment in enhancing youth resilience, strengthening their adaptive capacities, and enabling effective responses to post-crisis conditions. The study highlights the urgent need to develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based strategies that integrate vocational training, educational support, psychological interventions, and health awareness programs. Such efforts are essential for improving the overall quality of life of youth and reinforcing their active role in sustainable post-war recovery and community reconstruction.
