This study discusses the role of the Strategic Control process in reducing administrative corruption. The problem of the study was identified as that the reality of the strategic Control process has not received full attention due to the lack of the necessary requirements to carry it out according to sound scientific methods and approaches, which led to many problems as an inevitable result of the phenomenon of administrative corruption in the Institute, which negatively affected its outputs and its strategic performance. The importance of the study is to enrich the scientific research through the addition it offers to the previous efforts in this field, and to identify the reasons for the lack of interest of the senior management of the institute under study to implement the Strategic Control process according to sound scientific methods and approaches by stressing on the importance of the role played by the Strategic Control process in the institute. The researchers in this Study to analyze the descriptive and quantitative Study of the phenomenon, using a questionnaire tool to collect data and then distributed to the research sample, after subjecting the data obtained for analysis to test the hypotheses that were formulated.
