And its effect on the dependent variable (simplification of procedures) and the correlation coefficient (R) of all the independent variables and the dependent variable (98.7%) , As an operand misinterpretation (R2) that independent variables explain amounted (97.4%) Variation in the dependent variable (simplification of procedures), an elevated explain it indicating a significant impact of e-governance requirements (human, organizational, financial, Informatics) in the dependent variable (simplification of procedures).
