This study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management processes in improving the level of institutional performance in umm al-rabee College of science and technology because of its positive impact by advancing it to the best and providing a set of recommendations that contribute to raising the level of institutional performance in the college and for the purpose of achieving the goals of the study a hypothesis has been formulated major sub-hypotheses emerged from which they were tested on a sample of the college is study community. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to describe the phenomenon and the use of a questionnaire to collect date information analysis and interpretation using the (Spss) program that contains a package of tests. The results of the study showed that knowledge management processes play an important role in improving the institutional performance level of the society under study. And the results of the analysis of correlations between knowledge management processes show that the processes of generating and storing knowledge show have stronger correlation than the processes of distributing and applying knowledge in improving the institutional performance level in the college.
