The study aimed to identify the role of corporate governance in combating financial and administrative corruption. Organizations can avoid any financial or administrative corruptionsby applying transparency in work, which is considered as one of the most important reasons might lead to the organizations' failure. Theauthor has reviewed previous studies and reports, in order to collect information related to this study and to conclude the most significant recommendations. The results indicate that most organizations are using corporate governance to reduce financial and administrative corruption and to achieve the organization's success. Consequently, the concept of corporate governance has received a substantial attention and has become one of the main pillars on which organizations could build.
