The study aims at a number of objectives, the most important of which is identifying the extent of the contribution of school administrations to activate school health programs on the current school health programs. This study has been conducted on (141) basic education schools in their first and second sections within the city of Misurata. The questionnaire has been used as a study tool, which contains four main areas: health awareness and education, the healthy school environment, health services, healthy school feeding including (52) statements. They have been distributed to a random sample of (83) schools, representing (58.86%) of the original study population in which the study has been conducted on the basis of descriptive and analytical method. After collecting and analysing the data by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Program, which is abbreviated for (SPSS), using frequencies, percentages, arithmetic averages, Sing test, Mann Whitney test, Karskal and Allis test, The study has reached several results, the most important of which are: low level contribution of the school administrations in activating school health programs in most fields of the study, and the true of school health programs in basic education schools, in its first and second sections, are not in the required form and need follow-up and monitoring by the responsible authorities. From the previous results, a number of recommendations have been extracted, the most important of which is the interest in activating school health programs to be as required because of their great importance in educating school masters of the importance of raising the health level in schools by preparing appropriate training programs and a clear mechanism for training and qualifying employees, allocating a health supervisor within each school, making regular visits to basic education schools for finding the obstacles they face during the school year, holding continuous courses for school heads and providing them with school health skills.
