This study aims to identify the possibility of using computers as an educational means in distance education, and was working on the subject of the study in terms of the problem and its importance and questions and objectives that it seeks to achieve in addition to a presentation of studies and research that dealt with both programmed education and remote education with the help of computers in order to measure the efficiency of each method compared to the subject of study, and the study provided about 40% of the learning time of the scientific aspect in the computer department compared to traditional lectures, which increases distance education using the subject of study. Computer from the rate of educational achievement subject of experimentation, raises the level of access to information as it reduces the time of application when compared to traditional lectures, and also led to the use of the tutorial led to the creation of positive trends towards computer-assisted education (computer teacher) and through this study can produce educational software for various courses, especially practical ones, which can be learned with the help of computers.
