House dust mite lives in all buildings. However, the abundance of numbers varies from one house to another and this is not associated with dirtiness, but depends on the moisture of the house and very cold dryness. So, heights contain a few numbers of house dust mites while warm and moist houses contain many house dust mites. Due to few studies that conducted on house dust mite and its medical importance. As a result of allergies and asthma problems, especially in children provided this study. The study included the collection of random samples from different regions in Misurata, focused on (Misurata Center - Tamina - Al Zarrouk - Al Jazeera - Zawia Al Mahjoub) where 100 house dust samples examined. During the examination results, the total percentage of house dust mites was (%43.86) and (%56.14) in Spring and Fall respectively. The study recorded that Al Zarrouk in which the highest rate of mites. The highest rate of allergic diseases was recorded at (%12) from 401 cases in Spring while the rate was (%10.41) from 461 cases in Fall. Al Zarrouk was the highest rate in cases of allergies in Spring. Misurata Center followed, while in Fall, there was an equal increase in allergies in both Al Zarrouk and Aljazeera whereas the percentages decreased in other regions that undergone this study
