This study deals with the subject of an economic feasibility study for a small innovative project producing a locally designed hydraulic compressor. The study aims at several objectives, the most important of which are: Introducing feasibility studies, identifying investment opportunities in pilot projects, and identifying the most important difficulties facing small projects using the descriptive analytical approach to define the variables and study the most important factors of the project. The idea of implementing the project can be accepted and considered economically and socially feasible. The feasibility study showed the relationship between project variables and the importance of feasibility studies to verify the extent of its implementation. The indicators of return rate, payback period and sensitivity (investment and operational) for the success of the project were relied upon.
