This study aimed to know the requirements of the Libyan labor market in terms of the language s & scientific skills as skills related to the readiness of the graduate, to be suitable for the available job opportunities, and the reason for the students’ direction to international education schools is motivated by the possession of language and scientific skills to meet the needs of the labor market today. The study used questionnaire & interview as data collection tools, and conducted on a sample consisting of (100) respondents of teachers and administrators, as a sample from international education schools in the city of Tripoli - Libya. There is a strong positive correlation between the requirements of the Libyan labor market for language &scientific skills, and the readiness of the graduate with a correlation (0.789). The desire to learn foreign languages increases for the purpose of obtaining a job and a higher salary by (100%). The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important is to conduct more studies on the requirements of the labor market, and to study other variables that may have an impact with the readiness of the graduate in order to reach him to confront The requirements of the labor market are strong, and thus obtaining suitable job opportunities for his skills and reducing the accumulation of unqualified graduates.
