In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive analytical method was used in a comprehensive survey method to collect data. The aim of this study was to identify obstacles and obstacles in the technical technical education institutions and to develop solutions and strategies to address these challenges and obstacles. Through interviewing, interviewing and analysis of results using statistical programs (MINITAB SPSS).  A number of sources were used (documents and statistics related to the subject of the research, books, references and Arabic magazines, personal interviews with managers, employees, faculty members and students at the higher engineering institutes).  The study reached a set of conclusions and recommendations that summarized the obstacles and problems faced by technical technical engineering education in the current situation and ways of addressing them and developing a strategy for this.
