Occupational safety and health are essential elements in support of the national economy, as they play an important role in protecting production elements in all sectors, primarily the human element, from work accidents and injuries, which have enormous costs for the injured person, the institution or the country. Given the extreme importance of Libya's oil and gas sector, which is the main source of national income, this study conducted at the Ras Lanof Oil and Gas Manufacturing Company during the years 2011-2014 and 2016-2018 resulted in work accidents and injuries, which during the years of study amounted to 62 accidents and work injuries. After analyzing the data obtained, we conclude that the most exposed age group to work accidents and injuries were between 20 and 30 years of age, with a rate of (43.54%). And In terms of experience, the most exposed workers to work accidents and injuries are those with experience from (10 - 1years) at a rate of (% 59.67), the highest time in the recording of accidents and injuries was from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at rate (54.83%), the most common cause of accidents and injuries was personal cause at a rate of (%79.03), and the most exposed areas of the body was hands at a rate (41.93%)............
