The International Science and Technology Journal (ISTJ) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal concerned with publishing researches and studies in the field of engineering and applied sciences. It is published periodically under the supervision of the Libyan Society for Scientific Research and Studies (LSRSS).

The aim of issuing the journal

• Emphasizing the importance of engineering, applied and technical sciences in progress and development.
• Highlighting the role of higher education institutions such as universities, colleges and institutes. In the development process.
• Strengthening the scientific and technical capabilities operating in higher education institutions, including universities, colleges and institutes.
• Improving the quality of the educational process in higher education institutions.
• Working to achieve advanced Arab-Libyan technical systems.
• Bridging the relationship between the academic and applied aspects of engineering and technical sciences.
