تقدير تركيز فيتامين (سي) في عينات من اصناف البرتقال والليمون بالطريقة الحجمية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة لتقدير تركيز فيتامين (C) لبعض أصناف البرتقال والليمون في مدينة الخمس و شملت الدراسة علي عينات من البرتقال والليمون وهي (البرتقال الحامض والبرتقال الحلو واليوسفي وأبو سرة والنارنج والبرتقال الدمى والليمون). وتم تقدير فيتامينC) ) في عينات البرتقال والليمون بعد جمعها من أسواق مدينة الخمس وعصرها وترشيحها ومعايرتها بمحلول اليود مباشرة . ووجد أن تركيز فيتامينC) ) يختلف باختلاف العينة. وكان التركيز في كل عينة بوحدة mg /100ml. حيث كان تركيز الفيتامين في الليمون 66.75 وفي النارنج 52.09 وفي البرتقال الدمي 105.45 وفي البرتقال الحامض 94.05 وفي البرتقال الحلو 109.90 واليوسفي 62.08 والبرتقال ابوسرة mg /100ml 120.64 . واعلي تركيز للفيتامين في عينة برتقال ابو سرة واقل تركيز في النارنج .
Abstract
The aim of this study was to estimate the concentration of vitamin C for some orange and lemon varieties in the city of Al-Khums. The study was included samples of oranges and lemon ( sour orange, sweet orange, mandarin orange, navel orange, blood orange, aurantium orange and lemon). Vitamin C was evaluated in orange and lemon samples after collection from the markets of the city and its timing, filtration and titration with iodine solution directly. The concentration of vitamin C was found to vary by samples. The Concentration in each sample was measure in mg / 100ml. The results of this study showed that the concentration of the vitamin C in the lemon was 66.75, in the aurantium orange was 52.09, in the blood orange was 105.45, in the sour orange was 94.05, in the sweet orange was 109.90, in the reticulate orange was 62.08, and in the navel orange was 120.64 mg/100ml. The highest concentration of vitamin C was in the navel orange whereas the lowest concentration was in the aurantium orange.
