الملخص
دراسة سلوك التآكل لكسوة الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ L316 باستخدام تقنيات اللحام بالقوس المعدني بالغاز (MIG). تم إجراء سلوك التآكل لكسوة الفولاذ بواسطة potentiostat بمعدل مسح (3mV.sec-1) في (3.5٪ NaCl) كلوريد الصوديوم لإظهار مقاومة الاستقطاب وحساب معدل التآكل من بيانات الاستقطاب الخطي بطريقة استقراء Tafel. تشير النتائج إلى أن كسوة اللحام بتقنية اللحام بالقوس المعدني المحمي بالغاز تزيد من انحدار Tafel للتآكل، بينما تقلل من مقاومة الاستقطاب مقارنة بكسوة طبقة الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ على الفولاذ منخفض الكربون. تم قياس الاستقطاب الدوري لإظهار مقاومة العينات لتأليب التآكل ولحساب الإمكانات الأمامية والعكسية. تظهر النتائج تحويل الإمكانات إلى الأمام والخلف والتأليب نحو الاتجاه النشط لعينات الكسوة مقارنةً بالمعلمات المختلفة. تم استخدام الكريات المكسوة في الخطوط الناتجة عن غاز الأرجون مع العينات؛ تستخدم لتفسير منحنى الاستقطاب الديناميكي الدوري بما في ذلك: احتمال التنقر، وإمكانية إعادة التثبيط أو الحماية، وإمكانية الانتقال الأنودية إلى الكاثودية، والتباطؤ، وإمكانية الانتقال النشط إلى السلبي
Abstract
Studies the corrosion behavior of stainless steel 316L cladding using gas metal arc welding (MIG) techniques. The corrosion behavior was performed by potentiostat at scan rate 3mV.sec-1 in 3.5% NaCl to show the polarization resistance and calculate the corrosion rate from data of linear polarization by Tafel extrapolation method. The results indicate that the MIG cladding increase the corrosion Tafel slop, while decrease the polarization resistance compared with layer cladding of SS 316L on low carbon steel. Cyclic polarization was measured to show resistance of specimens to pitting corrosion and to calculate the forward and reverse potentials. The results show shifting the forward, reverse and pitting potentials toward active direction for cladding samples compared with different parameters. The clad beads in lines due to argon gas was used with samples; used to interpret the cyclic potential dynamic polarization curve are including: pitting potential, re-passivation or protection potential, anodic to cathodic transition potential, hysteresis and active-passive transition potential.
