The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: The project management example does not realize the importance of applying engineering methods in project management and planning, which led to poor planning of project resources, the most important of which is the time resource, and that the application of engineering management methods leads to reducing the project time, which became clear that the project time It has been reduced to 18 months instead of 22 months. The application of engineering management methods also leads to control over project costs such as the earned value method, and the use of engineering management methods shortens the project completion time without affecting the cost and project quality.
