الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على( معوقات تطبيق نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد في الشركات الصناعية الليبية) من خلال المتغيرات التي تم وضعها كمعوقات لتطبيق هذا النظام في الشركات الصناعية الليبية وهي ( أهمية دعم الإدارة العليا، ملائمة البنية التحتية، كفاءة الموارد البشرية، قدرة المورد على توفير المواد الأولية في الوقت المحدد وبالجودة المناسبة، ضمان المحافظة على الجودة، , رغبة العميل ). شمل مجتمع الدراسة الشركات الصناعية الليبية العامة بالمنطقة الغربية والبالغ عددها (5) شركات ، أما عينة الدراسة فتكونت من (40) موظفاً.
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the (obstacles to the application of the production system in the time specified in the Libyan industrial companies) through variables that have been developed Kmaoqat for the application of this system in the Libyan industrial companies, namely, (the importance of supporting the senior management and appropriate infrastructure, and the efficiency of human resources, and the ability the supplier to provide the raw materials in a timely and appropriate quality, and ensure the maintenance of quality and customer service) desire. The study included the Libyan General industrial companies in the Western Region community of (5) companies, the study sample Vtkont than 40 employees.
