The study: E-governance in the Libyan institutions. Aim of the study: definition of e-government and the statement of the most important requirements; and to identify the possibilities and constraints for the application of electronic management in the health centers. The study used a descriptive and analytical approach, the questionnaire was also used as a tool to collect data The study reached several conclusions, including: health centers operate traditional system, and the lack of Internet service out, and with a lack of use of statistical programs, and lack of attention to employees and provide training courses for workers health centers.
