دراسة توزيع فصائل الدم (ABO) في عينة من مرض السكري بمنطقة الزاوية

الملخص
أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية قدرها (220) فردا من كلا الجنسين مقسمة إلى مجموعتين بالتساوي من المرضى بالسكري وغير المرضى ،كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على نسبة الانتشار والإصابة بالسكري حسب فصائل الدم لأفراد العينة ولمعرفة مدى الترابط بين مرض السكري وفصائل الدم المختلفة ، حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين فصائل الدم ومعدل انتشار الإصابة بالسكري، حيث أكدت الدراسة بأن أعلى نسبة للانتشار قد سجلت في الفصيلة O بنسبة 47.27% للمرضى و بنسبة 54.54% لغير المرضى، تليها الفصيلة Aبنسبة 26.36% للمرضى و بنسبة 23.63% لغير المرضى، ثم الفصيلة B بنسبة 17.27% للمرضى و بنسبة 13.635 لغير المرضى، واقل نسبة سجلت في الفصيلة AB، كذلك توصلت الدراسة بأن التقدم في العمر له تأثير على نسبة الإصابة حيث سجلت أعلى نسبة للإصابة بالسكري في الفئة العمرية من (51-60) مقارنة بباقي الفئات الأخرى، أوصت الدراسة بمزيد من الدراسات على عينات ومجموعات كبيرة الحجم للوصول إلى حقائق علمية دقيقة لإتخاد ما يلزم من إجراءات الوقاية والسلامة من الإصابة بالأمراض ومعدلات انتشارها. الكلمات المفتاحية: مرض السكري، فصائل الدم، مدى الانتشار، الفئات العمرية، منطقة الزاوية.
Abstract
This study was conducted on a random sample of 220 individuals of both sexes divided into two groups equally of diabetic and non-diabetic patients The aim of this study was to identify the prevalence and incidence of diabetes by blood groups rather than individual samples and to determine the extent of correlation between diseases and different blood groups, The study's findings found a correlation between blood groups, disease and prevalence. The study confirmed that the highest prevalence rate in the O family was 54.54% for non-patients and 47.27% for patients. Followed by A26.36% for patients and 23.63% for non-patients and then B is 17.27% for diabetes and 13.635 for non-patients, the study also found that ageing has an impact on the infection rate, with the highest incidence of diabetes in the age group. (51-60) Compared to other categories, the study recommended further studies on large samples to arrive at accurate scientific facts to take the necessary measures to prevent and protect against disease infection and prevalence rates.
