Preface
كلمة العدد
الحمد لله حمداً كثيراً على نِعَمِهِ الكثيرة التي انعم بها علينا و الصلاة والسلام على سيد الأنبياء والمرسلين سيدنا محمد و على اله و صحبه أجمعين.
يسر هيئة التحرير بالمجلة أن تقدم للقراء الأعزاء العدد الرابع و العشرون من المجلة الدولية للعلوم والتقنية والذي وفقنا الله في إصداره رغم الظروف التي تمر بها البلاد والتي لم تُثني عزمنا و عزم البُحاث الأفاضل الذين استطاعوا و أصروا على إستكمال المسيرة العلمية وذلك بتقديم بحوثهم و أعمالهم و التي نُعول أن يكون لها صدى إيجابي في الرفع من شأن البلاد لتكون من مصافي الدول المتقدمة .
و قد حرصنا في هذا العدد كما هو معهود في الأعداد السابقة بأن تكون جميع الورقات العلمية المنشورة في المستوى المطلوب من الناحية العلمية والتقنية. و من هذا المنطلق فإن هيئة تحرير المجلة تجدد حرصها الدائم باستمرار صدور المجلة برصانة و منهجية علمية ذات جودة وذلك بإتباع الأساليب العلمية المُحكّمة في تقييم البحوث العلمية بإشراف أساتذة متخصصين في جميع فروع العلوم و التقنية. وبهذه المناسبة يسرنا أن نُثمن عالياً جهود جميع البُحّاث الذين اختاروا صفحات هذه المجلة لنشر أبحاثهم و أوراقهم العلمية, كما أننا تتقدم بجزيل الشكر و العرفان لكل من ساهم في نجاح و إبراز هذا العمل.
