Preface
يأتي انعقاد المؤتمر الليبي الدولي للعلوم التطبيقية والهندسية والذي تنظمه الجمعية الليبية للبحوث والدراسات العلمية بالتعاون مع مركز العلوم والتقنية للبحوث والدراسات ليؤكدا سعيهما المستمر لتحقيق رؤيتهما في ان يصبحا رائدين ومتميزين اقليميا وعالميا في المجالات العلمية المختلفة.
ان هذا المؤتمر الذي يعقد تحت شعار (هندسة وتكنولوجيا لمستقبل أفضل) جاء مواكبة للتطور الذي يشهده العالم في مجال العلوم الهندسية والتقنية.
ونظرا لأهمية الدور الذي تلعبه العلوم الهندسية والتطبيقية. في تحريك عجلة التنمية والاقتصاد فإن فرصة مؤسسات التعليم العالي والجمعيات العلمية ومراكز البحوث مواتية لتقديم كل ما هو جديد علميا وفنيا لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني، وذلك من خلال تقديم الدراسات والاستشارات العلمية والفنية للمؤسسات الإنتاجية الصناعية والخدمية لتقدم انتاجها بأعلى جودة ممكنة واقامة مشاريع جديدة مستحدثة والتوسع في تحسين وتطوير القائم منها وتشجيع الاستثمار في القطاع الخاص وبث روح التنافس وإتاحة فرص عمل امام شبابنا الواعد للرقي بليبيا في مصافي الدول.
