Preface
المؤتمر الليبي الدولي للعلوم التطبيقية والهندسية LICASE-2 المؤتمر الليبي الدولي للعلوم التطبيقية والهندسية، هو مؤتمر علمي محكم ينظمه المركز الليبي التقني العالي للتدريب والإنتاج التابع للهيئة الليبية للبحث العلمي بمشاركة الجمعية الليبية للبحوث والدراسات العلمية. من خلال جلساته تم اتاحة الفرصة للبحاث والمهتمين في المجالات الهندسية والتطبيقية نشر ابحاثهم واعمالهم العلمية المختلفة ومناقشة وتبادل أفكارهم وأراءهم وعرض مشاريعهم العلمية والهندسية المختلفة الرؤية والرسالة تعزيز جودة الأبحاث لخدمة المجتمع والوصول إلى التنمية المستدامة. أهداف المؤتمر: إتاحة الفرصة للبحاث المحليين والدوليين لعرض ومناقشة أبحاثهم بهدف بناء وخدمة المجتمع. تعزيز أوجه المشاركة والتكامل بين الجهات المحلية والدولية المتخصصة في مجالات العلوم التطبيقية والهندسية المختلفة. دعم دور المشاركة للمؤسسات البحثية والأكاديمية في مواكبة التطور العلمي والتنمية المستدامة. الاستفادة من تجارب الخبراء في المجالات الهندسية والتطبيقية لخدمة المجتمع وحل مشكلاته وتلبية احتياجاته.
