كلمة العدد.............................
الحمد لله حمداً كثيراً على نعمته التي أنعم الله بها علينا وألهمنا ووفقنا لإنجاز هذا العمل. وإنه لمن دواعي سرورنا أن نشهد بتوفيق من الله صدور العدد الخامس والثلاثون من المجلة الدولية للعلوم والتقنية والذي نأمل ان يكون مصدرا من مصادر العلوم الهندسية والتطبيقية والتقنية التي ينهل منها البحّاث المهتمين في هذه المجالات ولتوفير وإعطاء المعلومة والنتيجة الصحيحة لطلاب العلم والمعرفة.
وقد حرصنا في هذا العدد- كما هو معتاد- على أن تكون جميع الورقات العلمية المنشورة في المستوى المطلوب وأن تقدم المفيد لخدمة البحث العلمي. من هذا المنطلق فإن هيئة تحرير المجلة تجدد حرصها الدائم على استمرارية صدور المجلة برصانة ومنهجية في البحث العلمي وذلك بإتباع الأساليب العلمية المحكّمة في تقييم البحوث العلمية المقدمة من الأساتذة والبحّاث بإشراف أساتذة متخصصين في جميع فروع العلوم والتقنية آخذين في الاعتبار الطرق المتبعة في المجلات العلمية العريقة في هذا المجال.
وبهذه المناسبة يسر هيئة التحرير بالمجلة أن تثمن عالياً جهود جميع البحّاث والأساتذة المهتمين الذين اختاروا صفحات هذه المجلة لنشر أبحاثهم وأوراقهم العلمية، كما أنها تتقدم بجزيل الشكر والعرفان لكل من ساهم في تحرير ومراجعة البحوث المقدمة للمجلة وتقديم هذا الصرح العلمي للوجود................
